Do I need to switch accounting software?
We work primarily within QuickBooks Online. If you're on a different platform, we'll assess during the fit call whether a migration makes sense for your business. We handle migrations as part of onboarding.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks. This includes your financial systems setup or clean-up, chart of accounts review, and your first close cycle.
What does "flat monthly pricing" actually mean?
You pay one fixed fee each month — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices for extra calls or questions. Your scope is agreed upfront, and any changes are discussed before they affect pricing.
What if my business grows and I need more?
Pricing adjustments happen annually to reflect growth in transaction volume and complexity. We'll flag it proactively — you'll never receive an unexpected invoice mid-engagement.
Do you offer tax preparation or one-time engagements?
We don't offer standalone tax-only or one-time services. TKO is built for ongoing monthly financial partnership. If that's not what you need right now, we'll tell you honestly on the fit call.
